Rules of Engagement (Terms of Service)

The code of conduct and contractual foundation for your OdinXAI Autonomous Agent deployment. By joining the waitlist, you agree to these operational mandates.

• Operational Mandate: Autonomous Control The Agent operates 24/7/365 within the configured workflow parameters. You agree that the Agent's decisions within its programmed scope are final and binding until manually overridden or re-trained.
• Data Sovereignty and Training All business data provided for Agent training remains the property of your organization. OdinXAI uses this data exclusively to optimize your Agent's performance and voice replication.
• Initiation Fee & Deployment The one-time Initiation Fee is charged upon the formal assignment of your dedicated Agent Architect and commencement of the 30-day deployment phase. This fee is non-refundable once deployment begins.
• Monthly Subscription Billing Monthly fees are billed on the first day the Agent is set to 'Live' status on your production systems, following the successful completion of the deployment phase.
• Termination of Service Service may be terminated with 30 days written notice. Access to the Agent and its operational logs will cease on the final day of the billing cycle.

Dispute Resolution

All conflicts are resolved through a mandatory review process led by a senior Agent Architect and a neutral human mediator, prioritizing operational efficiency and pre-agreed objectives.
